Privacy Policy

Provido AS only collects information necessary to operate the website and to follow up inquiries. From the contact and inquiry form on the site we store your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name, role or title, type of organisation, the objectives you select, and the message you write.

In addition, technical data from browser requests (IP address, User-Agent, timestamp) is processed by our hosting provider. The IP address is also used to limit the number of submissions per sender, as protection against abuse of the form.

We currently use no third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar. The website only sets technically necessary cookies.

The form on provido.no is sent via Provido's server to the Gjenreise partner system, which is also operated by Provido AS. There the inquiry is stored in a database.

At the same time, an internal notification is sent to Provido's internal channel on Discord with the company name, contact person, role, type of inquiry and selected objectives, so that the team sees the inquiry immediately.

You also receive a confirmation by email from Partner@gjenreise.no. The text of that email is composed automatically using artificial intelligence, based on your name, company, type of inquiry and the message you submitted. It is an automatic reply, not an assessment of your inquiry.

A person at Provido then reads and follows up the inquiry. We make no automated decisions that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.

To operate the website and handle inquiries we use the following data processors: Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (operation of the website), Resend (sending email), Anthropic (AI composition of the automatic reply) and Discord (internal notification to the team).

Data itself is stored in the EU: Supabase and Vercel in Stockholm, Resend in Ireland. Several of the providers are nonetheless established in the United States, and transfers take place on the basis of the providers' data processing agreements with the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Inquiries are retained for as long as necessary to follow up and respond to them, and are deleted once the matter has been concluded, unless a longer retention period is required by law. The inquiry itself is kept for as long as the dialogue is ongoing.

The raw submitted form data is automatically deleted after 90 days. Technical server logs are also automatically deleted after 90 days.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by sending an email to post@provido.no.

Processing of personal data from submitted inquiries is based on legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), where Provido AS has a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries from potential partners and customers.

Because this processing relies on legitimate interest, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation, in accordance with GDPR Art. 21.

All data processing is conducted in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national law. Data is not transferred to countries outside the EEA without an adequate legal transfer mechanism.

As a data subject, you have the right to access the information we hold about you, the right to rectification of inaccurate data, the right to erasure ("the right to be forgotten"), the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing (GDPR Art. 15-21).
