Privacy Policy

Provido AS only collects information necessary to operate and improve the website. This includes technical data from browser requests (IP address, User-Agent, timestamp) processed by our hosting provider, and contact details (name, email, company) that you voluntarily submit through contact or inquiry forms on the site.

We currently use no third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar. The website only sets technically necessary cookies.

Inquiries are retained for as long as necessary to follow up and respond to them, and are deleted once the matter has been concluded, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Technical server logs are automatically deleted after 90 days.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by sending an email to privacy@provido.no.

Processing of personal data from submitted inquiries is based on legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), where Provido AS has a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries from potential partners and customers.

Because this processing relies on legitimate interest, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation, in accordance with GDPR Art. 21.

All data processing is conducted in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national law. Data is not transferred to countries outside the EEA without an adequate legal transfer mechanism.

As a data subject, you have the right to access the information we hold about you, the right to rectification of inaccurate data, the right to erasure ("the right to be forgotten"), the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing (GDPR Art. 15-21).
